Our Water, Our Future?

We are all running down on water, and what is the Government doing about it? They said they’re going to put in a desalination plant, but it will not be completed untill atleast 2010!!! Why can’t rain-tanks be compolsary in all house-holds!!!! What are we doing about it? Waiting untill we get to the last drop! Melbournians, PULL YOU’RE FINGER OUT AND DO SOMETHING!!!
